Florina Ciuche lives in Santa Rosa Beach and works at our 30A office location. Destin to 30-A to Panama City Beach became her passion. Born in Romania, Florina relocated to this area with her husband in 2010. However, this was not her first experience with our beautiful coastline communities. They had vacationed here before and felt this to be one of the most unique beautiful places in the world. And Florina is definitely qualified to make this distinction! She has visited some of the world's most amazingly breathtaking places such as Italy, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Spain, Egypt and others. Yet, even after experiencing these stunning destinations, they chose our beautiful Emerald Coast for their new home. Today, she still finds it a gem among gems.

For Florina, real estate is the one vocation that integrates all the professional experience - and talent - she has acquired from her previous careers. She holds a graduate degree in Engineering and credits her attention to detail and her exactness to this training - skills that are just as necessary in negotiating offers and preparing contracts as they are to an Engineering project. Because her clients can rest assured she will apply this same accuracy to their transactions, they may expect a smooth closing. Florina has also served as a teacher and shows this in her willingness to take the time to answer any questions a customer may require.

She also has a talent for design which she dedicates to her career as an interior designer, specializing in contemporary and modern interiors. This included furniture, kitchen and bath design.
